Visit www.onevacationclub.com - You can book on line. I have used them in the past and are very good. Click on Holiday Shop or Worldwide Travel to find the hotels/stars/info/location etc.
You do not need to be a member to book the hotels, however as a member you will save more money as you will be able to book resorts and those prices are per unit rather than per person. I have seen an offer from them for the Roal Goan Beach Club for less than US$ 40 per unit. I suggest you contact them to find out more if you cannot find it on the website.
