plaermo is locatd in south italy in the sicilia state (sicil) where mafia is active. its a big city, with people who mostly talk in a mixed italian and arabic language, they are having typical south italian faces with brown skin, curly hair and dark eyes. it is the main location of MAFIA and has been the victim of this group terrorism for decades. it is an ancient city as well.
