What is the General Weather in Palermo like? This includes all year! AND PLEASE INCLUDE IT IN Fahrenheit!!!?

In the summer months temps can run in 90's and 100's in the winter usually about 40's and 50's. Never freezes. Spring and fall are very comfortable in the 70's and 80's.
