Where should i take my 8 year old daughter on vacation about $800 total i am her dad im 22?

I need to take her somewhere she will enjoy for summer break but i do not know where disney worl is 1000 just to stay there i live in oklahoma. about 3 days

wow, u became a dad at the age of 14? U must really have ur act together, props to you for being there for her, she is very lucky =) There used to be a place in Oklahoma called Turner Falls it was a great place to go, and not to far from Arbuckle Wilderness those are totally in ur budget. Why not take her camping?kids love the outdoors and they appreciate being with you more.cheap and easy let her take friend.nothing like smores and hotdogs on the fire.

You could take her to Denver.Elitches is a great amusement and water park there. The museum and Zoo are great too, and the Butterfly Pavilion in Westminster is a kid favorite. You would need to plan carefully, but should be able to afford a few days there. I think she would love it.

Disney in the summer is a freaking zooooooooo and hot as heck...Ask her where she wants to go and schedule the Disney thing in December...less pppl, lower temps and cheaper. Been there. Lines are sometimes 2-3 hours long.
What about a state historical trip?

Virginia Beach, It's the best place you park the car and can wallk everywhere. You can get a hotel with a pool indoors just incase it rains and the beach is right outside and they rent bikes and there are many restaurants right on the board walk that are kid friendly.

I always stay at the Comfort inn ocean front. they have a one bedroom suite which has a separate bedroom, kitchenette and livingroom with pull out . The living room has a table in it. If you want to order pizza and stay in and watch a movie. All the rooms face the ocean. They have an indoor pool if it rains and free continental breakfast in the morning. Breakfast is about 20$ at a restaurant, so make sure to factor that into the price. They also have free parking so you dont have to worry about it.

What about Turner Falls and rent a screen cabin, then goto Arbuckle Wilderness. I used to love going there and swimming when I was a lad, I hated the animals, but loved Turner Falls.
