What should i bring to spain in July and August?

im going to spain on a trip this summer for about a month and im wondering what to pack.
clothes and everything else.
i just need tips!

As far as packing goes, pack light. Make sure all your clothing items mix and match easily. Neutral clothing (black, gray, brown, khaki, etc) with a few colorful accessories is easiest to coordinate. Try and choose clothing that is lightweight and made of quick drying materials.

Also look for items that can do double duty and take you from day to night easily because as you know there's a lot of nightlife in Spain. Items such as dresses take you easily from day to night and can help you stay cool in the hot weather. Also skirts and cute tops are another versatile option in terms of dressing.

Comfortable walking sandals are a must! Birkenstock makes a cute style called Gizeh. Blister treatment, just in case.

Europeans don't really wear shorts that often so if you're looking to blend in I'd also steer clear. If you pack the basics you can always buy a few items that are in style in Spain from markets or retail stores, such as Zara.

If you'll be doing laundry in your hotel/hostel you'll need a laundry kit (portable clothesline, sink plug, etc.). Packing cubes are good for compressing and containing your clothing. Other items you might want to have are hand sanitizer, wet wipes, small flashlight, and whatever personal toiletries you require.

Ziploc and plastic grocery bags are also handy for dirty /wet clothes, shoes, souvenirs, etc.

I lived in Southern Spain for two years. It gets hot. I would bring sunscreen. Maybe a hat to keep the sun out of your eyes. And cool clothing, like a thin fabric shirt/blouse. Drink plenty of water while you are there. Enjoy
