How do you obtain a passport & how long does it usually take?

Is there any way you can just get one online?? What is the easiest and/or quickest.

You can download the application online but if you've never had one you must go in person. Check out travel.state.gov/passport/
It takes about six to eight weeks to get one unless you pay an extra $60 to have it rushed. Then it takes about three weeks.

I feel sorry for ya man. it will take for ever. one mistake and you will have to re fill it. Once you send it, it will take a about 15 days to reply or send it back.

Stop by your local post office. They have all the information you'll need.
