I want to take my kids to Ireland this summer, and their passports have expires. How do I get them new ones? |
when my ex refuses to sign the paperwork? gotta love the ex...... you need both parents signature on passport application forms! Tricky situation...I would contact the local post office and explain to them. I don't think you can do it without both parents signatures. if you have full custody, why she refuses? and I think that even thou she behaves like that, you still can take them with you, local post office like in New York????? I think as long as you have full custody you shouldn't need her signature. I think you have to call the passport services or go to the post office where they do passports and expain that you are their sole gaurdian. If you have papers proving this I'm sure they'd be a great thing to bring and you'd probably have to provide them along with the other papers needed. Tell ur biotchyyyy ex to "DO IT!!!!" if she won't sign the no you can't renew their passports. They require both parents to sign. |
