What type of foods can't i bring on the airplane?

i am going abroad and i am wondering what foods can i bring with me when i go abroad?

You can carry liquids on only if purchased after the security checkpoint. Also fresh fruit may cause an issue. You can usually carry it on from the US but make sure you consume it on the plane, if not it can cause a lot of issues in customs. Other than that just bring what you enjoy. Depending on where you are going the airline may serve meals, but its good to bring your own in case you don't like what they serve or want a snack in between.

Well...my opinion is to take something light like water a muffin, yogurt . because if you bring something that will be very heavy you will get nauseous and it wont be pretty!! believe me
