United airlines question!? |
hi! i want to check in a car seat in my domestic flight , do you now if united airlines provides with carseat bags for traveling, if not whats the best way to protect the car seat... No airline provides car seat bags for check-in, but don't worry -- never seen a damaged car seat. They pack them separately and have them waiting for you on the jetway (that's the "ramp" for those of you who aren't smarter than a fifth-grader) when you get off the plane. Not a "carseat bag" per se, but they do have large plastic bags that you can put the seat in for checking. It will not be on the jetway, but will come through regular baggage. |
