Oxford - where to park in the city centre?

Oxford - where to park in the city centre?

use the park n ride . i use redbridge on the abingdon road and it cost 拢1.80 return to the centre its much easier and cheaper than trying to get to the centre

Don't even think of it. Use the Park & Ride.

I park for free, under Westgate. Mind you I own a motorcycle.

In a word - don't.
Oxford is so car-hostile it's unbelievable. Look at the charges for city centre car parks!
Even the old fallback of the Station Car Park costs 拢5 for an evening now, or 拢4.50 if you can be doing with messing about with Ringo codes from the platform on your mobile etc etc.
Park and Ride from 5 satellite car parks and then share the bus with everyone else and their screaming kids, and you still pay 拢1 to park in 3 of them (free in the other 2) and pay for the bus rides.
Oh, and the traffic's terrible getting into and out of the city anyway.

dont even try.its even hard for disabled people.
