Going from the central of oxford toward the north of it there is a hospital pls tell me its name? |
I use to have an Arabic nurse friend working in that hospital, her name was Fatheya,this was in the 70s,all I know is that she married to a scotish man I am not sure if she moved to Scotland does any one know anything about her,or where she is as I would like to contact her.thank you. The big hospital in Oxford is the John Radcliffe It's the John Radcliffe hospital. The John Radcliffe Hospital wasn't opened until the middle to late 1970s, and is outside of the main part of Oxford. The Radcliffe Infirmary Woodstock Road Oxford OX2 6HE The hospital you are talking about is the John Radcliffe Infirmary on the Woodstock Road. I think you could try to contact the hospital asking for your friend. Even though she used to work there long time ago they should have some kind of records... The John Radcliffe The Radcliffe Infirmary Going North up Woodstock Road WAS the Radcliffe Infirmary (not to be confused with the John Radcliffe Hospital which is in Headington, east of centre). The Infirmary closed at the start of 2007 and the site was sold to the University of Oxford. |
