When are T4s mailed to OTTAWA residents?

Employers have until the end of February to send out T4's. So my experience is that they are almost always sent at the deadline. It's federal government regulated, so it's the same across Canada.

T4's have nothing to do with where you reside. A T4 is a form stating earnings for the year which come from your employer, and they have until the last of February to get them to you.

T4 Slips are the responsibility of your employer. If you ask your HR representative, you should be able to get an idea ow when you'll be getting yours. If you happen to be a government employee, wait until the end of February, as they wait for the last possible day to send them.
If you want to get an idea of what to expect, check your paystub from your last pay in 2007, these numbers should be similar (if not the same) as the ones on your T4.

Call up your social worker they would know when the T4s for welfare go out. If you weren't asking about that you should know that your employer has until the end of Feb, Feb 29th to send them out, just ask your H/R dept you can also ask if you can get it early and you may if your company allows.
