Bell Street apartments...?

Fairview Towers... I've been told by a couple people now that this place is a bit of a ghetto or is dingy... any other opinions?

I've never been inside...they look super sketchy from the outside though. The area and Gladstone in particular is known for having a lot of unsavoury types in the area...because of that, you will usually see a police car around. My girlfriend used to have an apartment there and she loved it. She said the inside was quite nice and all apartments come with a dishwasher...though they don't advertise it. The balconies are large but again, they look old and nasty from the outside. I've lived in the area for 5 years and love it. Most people don't bother you unless you bother them...or look at them the wrong way ;)
