What fun stuff is there to do for a twenty-something guy in Ottawa?

I know a guy who's moving to Ottawa in November.

BTW, he will be with his girlfriend

Wowza..there is no shortage of things to do in Ottawa. If you like History or politics there are the parliment buildings, Sussex Drive, Governor General's House, Museum of Natural History...the National Art Museum is AWESOME...the last time I went there was a Dali exhibit and a Picasso one, not to mention all the usual fine art exhibits....

For fun, shopping and fine dining try any of the places in the Market...I can spend a whole afternoon ther just window shopping and grabbing coffees.

Then there are the falls and the very fact that about two seconds later you can be in Que.

You can tour the parliament buildings :]

The ByWard Market is full of bars/clubs and restaurants, as is Elgin St. There are Senators games at Scotiabank place, and 67's (OHL) games at the Civic Centre.

Can go site seeing at the town. Government buildings, museums, shopping malls, canal, byward market, etc.

You also can go skating if the canal is frozen. Doubt so since it's only November.

Lot's of bar/clubs behind Byward market.

Watch Senator game.

If you are movie buffer, go catch movies at the cinema.

Not much outdoor activity around this time of year.
