There is a certain kind of soup that was staple diet in many households in Normandy.I need good recipies.?

The soup is made of a vegetable called 'blette' and carrots as well as parsley.I need an old recipe. What I am interested in are vegetables people no longer use as food.(because we buy soup in cans)

Blette is swiss chard... I tried to Google a recipe for that type of soup and came up empty.

However, vegetable soups are a staple of French cooking... I just throw whatever I have at hand in a pot with some water, bouillon cubes and some old wine and herbs et voil脿.
