Mobile homes in normandy?

Having lived in Normandie for about a year (Rouen and Cherbourg) I don't recall seeing mobile homes in Normandie. I don't recall seeing them anywhere in France.
Maybe we're thinking of different kinds of mobile homes, although I'm pretty sure that I know what one is because my parents live in one.
