Which city is closest to Omaha Beach in France? |
I am trying to get there by train from Amsterdam. Definitely Caen. They have many World War II museums and sites there. try Honfleur and Roeun, both nice towns not too far from the beachs (less than I hour I think). You will probably still need to rent a car however. The closest major City is Caen, 52km east from Omaha Beach. |
