Why is it so hard to find ferry prices from dover to cal?

blocked on certain pages

Have you tried...

P&O Ferries - http://www.poferries.com/tourist/
Sea France - http://www.seafrance.com/seafrance/openc...
Speed Ferries (to Boulogne, near enough) - http://www.speedferries.com/

and then there's the channel tunnel...

http://www.eurotunnel.com/

although the tunnel website seems to be down at the moment.

Try this site:
http://www.aferry.to/gwmap.htm
Right on top of the page you'll find a Dover-Calais special.

Good luck!

the director has gone on holiday, the next down is having a new kitchen and heating put in what more can I say

Try: http://www.directferries.co.uk/
I've just done it and it worked.

I regularly use Speedferries.com to go to see my family in Paris. They are really good and cheap (book early)

If you do not mind going down the coast a short distance to Bologne, then you should use Speedferries. They are the "Easyjet" on the water and charge only 拢50 return for a car and 5 passengers at all times. I have been using them since they started and they are brilliant.

I normally find this one works best and features all the major ferry lines: www.ferrysavers.com
