Im staying at france for two weeks ,how much pokect money i need?

im a student and i ve all paid visit for 2 weeks including all attractions and lodging and food.how much pokect money do i need

if you are going to be drinking, i would suggest $100 a day to cover boose, food, and souveneirs. if no drinking, maybe $60 a day

drinking - $1400
no drinking - $840

In a sense, you really don't need any. If your group is paying for everything, then you don't need much else. But. . .

You didn't mention transportation. That's a big factor. Is your transportation being paid as well?

If you want to buy something to drink during the day count on 2-3 dollars. Likewise, if you want to buy a snack, such as at a bakery, count on the same price. You can get many decent souvenirs in the $10-$15 range--But compare prices. The stores closest to the exit of a tourist place (Louvre, Notre Dame, etc.) will be much more expensive than those 1 block down (perhaps a difference of 50%).

If you bring dollars with you, it will kind of be a pain. The best thing to do is use an ATM card. If you withdrew 100 euros (about $125) when you got there, that would probably be enough for the 2 weeks if you use it wisely. If you need more, you could withdraw more.
