Anyone remember Tyler Canning, the guy whoi jumped over the bridge and into the Niagara Falls?

I thought he was a total ne'er do well loser.
Did anyone even see that documentary TVO had done?
TVO did that documentary on him because they wanted everyone to see how really sad it is to see people waste their lives the way Tyler Canning did.

Tyler Canning wasn't trying to kill himself, he was trying to be a stunt man.
He went into a barrel, tied himself three times and went over just prove what a big hero he really is!

I know a guy, Steve Trotter, who went over Niagra Falls in a barrel - twice. He's still alive. He was building his resume as a stunt man. He monkey barred across the Newport Bridge in Rhode Island, too. Of course, someone saw him in the middle of it, and thought he was going to jump, called the cops, and he was arrested as soon as he go to the other side, but hey, it went on his resume, too.

If someone feels so bad they kill themselves it is most likely because of the thoughtless people like YOU in the world...

It does show that someone has lost all hope/faith/concern for their own well-being but in a world like ours today that is not a difficult task, maybe if people were more concerned for each other instead of feeding the corporate and political/religious machine there would be a change.
