Anything fun to do in Niagra Falls, Ontario?

My boyfriend and I are in our mid twenties. We are going to Canada December 29-31st. Do you know of any really fun and exciting places to visit. Bars, clubs, casinos, restaurants. Oh does anyone know if the bird sanctuary is any good?

Theres tons of stuff to do in Niagara, but it depend on what you are into. Other than the falls (obviously):

Check out the casinos, the fallsview is my favourite, but they are both ok.

Rumours nightclub is usually pretty busy, nothing fancy, but it can be fun. its on Clifton hill

The wineries are great if you are into wine (or just drinking!) I think that the Icewine festival might be on when you are there, but if not, some of the wineries offer tasting tours, and the restaurants that they have a usually excellent.

I havent been to the bird sanctuary myself, but ive heard that people really enjoy it.

If you want a bit more relaxed atmosphere, head out to Niagara-on-the-lake for the day. Some cool pubs there.

I would go to Toronto which is not that much further away. Lots to do and a first class city.

Along with Jeremy's suggestion, there is also the Niagara Falls Illumination (the falls are lit up at night and have nightly fireworks.)

There are two casinos there: Casino Niagara and Fallsview Casino.

All the sites to see are on or near 'Clifton Hill.'

Some friends have said the avery is pretty cool.

Not sure if you're planning on being there for New Year's, but they have a free outdoor party.
