some places don't call it 'government issued'
and preview driver's licence, and passport.
i don't have licence, and also my passport expired, making it INVALID!

i can see the casino not allowing you to use just a health card seeing as how the lcbo wont sell you alcohol with just a health card can i suggest applying for an age of majority card its just another type of photo id usually for people that don't have a drivers license that is accepted a little more frequently than the photo health cards. also i just remembered i had a drivers license until he turned 22 he use to use his birth certificate and a photo id like school card or health card

If you have the photo health card it's fine. The red and white one will not work. My son uses the picture health card as ID as he can;t drive due to health issues. The photo card has not only the picture, but DOB too and address. Pretty much the same as a drivers licence. He can also use it at the LCBO. He is often in Niagara Falls on business and has been to the caseno several times without a problem.

Only if it has your birthdate on it.....
