Is Boulevard Mall on the American side or the Canadian side? It is on the American side, and is closer to Buffalo (in Amherst). on niagara falls blvd, close to target, tj maxx, toysrus, AMERICAN Its in Buffalo (Amherst suburb) Boulevard mall is on Niagara Falls boulevard, but its technically in amherst. If youre crossing the border onto the boulevard, you can take it the whole way down. When you cross over Maple, thats the mall! |

What scares me the most is that I don't know if you are joking or not!! :-) ...Very interesting question.
