What are the pros and cons of living in Broad Channel (Queens, NY)? |
Located in Jamaica Bay. Nice area if you can afford to live out their...Cops and Firemen live out in that neighborhood...the houses are small beach bungalows and the neighborhood is not that big but its a bustling waterfront community...The downside is that the commute time is long the only train that runs out there is the A to Far Rockaway and your near Howard Beach which is starting to get alot more rif raff.... I was always intrigued by this community. It reminded me of a small fishing village in New England. |
