Nepal should let foreigners to invest in any industry in Nepal, Hotels, Restaurants, Travellings, transportation etc. Should give them tax incentive.

Study what China, India and Vietnam are doing right now.
They have opened their doors wider and made it easier for investors to do business. Stable government with minimum corruption is very important too.
