Nepal...Uganda? Hourly labour cost?

Does anyone know the hourly labour cost in dollars ($) that people in Nepal and Uganda earn? Remember points for the first person who answers my question!!

Nepalis tend to get paid by the month, but a crummy job will fetch between 20-40 bucks per month, at least people I met there. Do the math.
