What is the easiest and cheapest way of getting to Calpe in the Costa Blanca from Murcia airport , we dont fa?

Murcia airport to Calpe Costa Blanca, easiest and cheapest
method without driving ourselves .

I thought that it was quite a long trip but I am surprised. I cannot find Calpe, the nearest I can think of is Alicante, but follow the link anyway to the Renfe (Spanish Train company) site.

Fly into Alicante to start with its half way there. If you can't, just take the N332 and carry on, it goes right up the coast and through Calpe...You wont be able to do this very easily without driving, the trains are nowhere near like the services in the UK, and coach travel, almost non existent, you will have to drive like 99% of us do here, thats the way it is

Calpe is north of Benidorm .
Your best bet is to take the shuttle bus service to the center of Murcia, and from there take a bus to Benidorm. This is the closest you'll get, there is no direct bus to Calpe. There should be a local bus going from Benidorm to Calpe (21.3 kms.)

If worse comes to worse, you could always take a taxi from Benidorm to Calpe.
(Why are you flying into Murcia? Alicante is much closer!)
