Beach front villa in Mohammedia...good investment? |
Thanks. In summer time u can rent your villa up to 100$ a day or even more, but it depends in wish of the mohammedia beachs are we talking about, is it "plage david" "dahomey" "pont plandain" etc..?? cus some beachs there have limited sand surface and a lotta rocks in the swimming area...there i won't advise you to get a villa. Hey There, Sounds very nice! What are your plans if you invest? Are you going to rent it or make it your get away home? Mohammedia really doesn't have anything there. Besides the beaches, there are many factories contributing to the pollution. I know how you feel about Casa's stenches. |
