Beach front villa in Mohammedia...good investment?

Thanks.
Already have a small apartment in Casa that is sufficient. I really don't like Casa and limit my time there.

In summer time u can rent your villa up to 100$ a day or even more, but it depends in wish of the mohammedia beachs are we talking about, is it "plage david" "dahomey" "pont plandain" etc..?? cus some beachs there have limited sand surface and a lotta rocks in the swimming area...there i won't advise you to get a villa.

Hey There,

What I know is that in the summer time most people from Casablanca go to the Mohammedia beach as I did when I was there. Its beautiful there, really. But however, Mohammedia is small and mostly they come there only in the summertime since there is not much else to do there except lie on the beach and enjoy it. So it could be a good investment, but I think that its a better investment to own a villa or apartment in Casablanca itself. Mostly business people and couples who take a break stay in Casa. Hope I helped you some. Let me know

Sounds very nice! What are your plans if you invest? Are you going to rent it or make it your get away home? Mohammedia really doesn't have anything there. Besides the beaches, there are many factories contributing to the pollution. I know how you feel about Casa's stenches.
