Things that should be punished by Moroccan law but they aren't??

Can you state all the things that you saw/see in morocco and you think it should be pusnished/enforced by law ? do you agree with the list below??

-child abuse (working kids)
-smoking/selling pot on the street
-reckless driving
-peeing on the streets (i can't leave this out)
-white taxi drivers
-crossing the highway

@ BuschWhacked : don't get me wrong, i'm moroccan and i live in morocco and i looooove my country, this is a selfcritic...nothing more, i just want stuff to be better....

What on earth is a white taxi driver and why is that a problem?

Okay, here's my list (and I did live in Morocco for two years):

-Children under 18 working as maids/in hanouts
-DRIVING DRIVING DRIVING
-Jaywalking
-Leaning or sitting on other people's cars
-Hanging ten tons of crap from their rearview mirrors/so much stuff on the dashboard that they can't see

I'd add peeing on the streets except that I've had male friends get picked up by the cops for doing just that!

EDIT: OHHHH "white taxis!" The way you said it, I thought you meant that the taxi DRIVERS were white, and I was like "huh?"

Unless you live in Morocco you don't have much right to criticize what rules they do or do not choose to live by.

third world countries are suffering......this is among thier many many mistakes that go og thier.......
(I LIVE IN A 3RD WORLD COUNTRY)
there are so so many mistakes that it seems that the ones u wrote are soooooooooo small.........

-PEEING on the streets? How about POOPING on the streets?!

-Stupid drivers and even worse pedestrians.

-White taxi drivers? I don't care about their color, why should that matter? How about stuffing 5 passengers into a big taxi? The law says they HAVE to do that and I find that insane.

-Extortion by local offices including the police and *especially* government officials.

-LITTERING!

I don't think you mean white taxi drivers but rather Driver (of any color) who drive the white taxis, correct?
