What should I serve my in-laws? They never come all together...? |
because there are so many of them and our apt. is not THAT big. They usually like to eat a lot too. :) More when we are all together than when in smaller groups. Make up the braewats. In Fez they serve them similar to serving bastilla. Make up loads and fill a large plate as the first course. Aren't you lucky that they never all come together; however, here is your big chance to make an impression. roasted lamb with good sauce and chow meine something they dont usually have but not so "foreign" that they will be repulsed. Do u want to only make Moroccan food? I like to make Paella when I have many guests. I usually make a really big salad and then the Paella. I make it very rich with a lot of seafood so there is no need for anything else. For desert fruits. Then after I usually have cake or pastries with tea. some brown beef rice with salad, white rice with kofta (beef meatball) kater on some fruits then tea. persian food if you want more info email me ! |
