Braewats? Baked or fried?

I've had them both ways and like both...but when I make them baked (which is what I want to do for what should be obvious reasons). They don't seem to come out very good. Any suggestions?

Okay....but pointers...? Anybody? They seem to either burn or come out WAY too soft?

Okay, I am not trying to be a smarty pants.
Do you cook the filling before you stuff them?

lol. Okay then! Baking them is the best in my opinion. Frying has a tendency to ruin the phyllo dough.

What is the problem you are having with them? How can I help if I don't know this?!?!?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

rofl......hit me over the head. I didn't read everything did I?

Too soft your cooking them too low, for too long. You can raise your rack or up the temp a bit. Also try using a silicon sheet on top of the baking sheet.

BAKED!!!!!!
i love them like that!

I much rather prefer them baked.
