What do you like about Morocco?

What do you like about Morocco?

It's off the Mediterranean sea....
The food.....
It's exotic (at least to me)...

and Moroccans of course!

EDIT: Really there are so many things... I just had to add that today my husband and I were logged onto the computer at the same time (we have or own 'areas') and the call to prayer started on our computer. It played from both of our areas and there was a slight delay. I told him it sounded like Morocco with all the call to prayers being a couple of seconds off from each other. It was actually VERY beautiful.

1- My husband, he's Moroccan.

2- The food.

3-The weather, I have been my healthiest ever when I was there.

4-The beach, our house is near to the water and it's amazing to sit in the sand and watch the sunset.

5-The people. I love how sincere and genuine the people are.

6- My nuttiest friend lives there. And she said I can stay there anytim I want, for as long as I want, and she will let me sleep in her bed and she and her husband will sleep in the salon or on the roof. Aren't they SO NICE???

7- My doctor there was awesome

8- I LOVE the call to prayer

9- The architecture is amazing

10-I love the religion

11- It's my second home.

What do I like about Morocco? What a hard question to answer because it is hard to single out a specific reason. It is rather a combination of things for me. And I was talking to a friend this week, that after you go to Morocco once it kinds of becomes an addiction, when you are not there you long to go back. Anyway, first of all I think I like because it is a place to spend vacation with my husband and now with my kids, so I guess anywhere where I can spend full days with my family will be a place a like. But besides that鈥?I really love the summers, call me crazy but I love summers, and I think Morocco is a great summer destination, little rain, laid back, great places to travel, beaches, safety鈥he perfect spot for a family vacation! I like the people and the food as well, and I enjoy the smells and sounds (the call for prayer is soothing). The scenery is just spectacular鈥hat can I say? I like the place!

Ick! Keep the raisins. We make it with veggies. I'm diabetic. So I get most of the veggies and meat and they eat the couscous.
