Im traveling to morocco today, wish me luck? |

Good Luck have fun while you are over there! enjoy yourself in Morocco but be very careful when you visit the Medinas as you may get your pocket picked.The moroccon men.they will pester you for them to be your guide.They can be very annoying so dont be frightened to swear at them as they are used to it .Sorry I dont want to be a damp sqid as you will have a great holiday .I stayed in a place called ASSILAH not far from Tangiers .I dont know where your staying but try to plan a day to go across to Gibralta.Its not very expensive to go and take your favorite credit card with you as theres some good stuff at cheap prices Good luck and have fun, Morocco is a beautiful country of great contrasts mashaallah! :D HAVE FUN!!! I've never been there and am dreaming of going there myself so you are so lucky my friend.:-) My recommendation are svenj (Moroccan donuts that are really delicate and baked fresh every morning) for breakfast and fresh squeezed orange juice. And if you care for it, the pastries in the souks. I once saw this British travel guy on tv eating a dessert that had almonds stuffed inside of figs that was covered in caramel. Yummy!:-) And at the Djema El-Fina food square, the oh so delicious spicy Moroccan snails. MAy you go in peace and return in peace. |

Ive been to Casablanca several times and each time i stay at this apartment. ... I havent been around his family yet, but am going to meet them in October. I plan to dress the way I always do. I am going to be there during the fall and winter and I always wear pants and short... I am sure this is going to be no help, due to the fact that I am not 100% sure. I have never looked at getting a camera in Morocco. But, here is what I think from experience of what I was lookin... Yes, you will be fine. It just depends where you are going to go. Bring a little French phrase book and a little Moroccan phrase book (you can find them on amazon) and stick to the larger areas. ... It's the entrance into the city, that keyhole shaped opening in the wall surrounding the city... *****LOL Ali said it's a big pimple caused by evil eye :-)**** ~~~~~ I KNOW!!!!... I had mine packed in my luggage to and from Morocco. No issues. I need them... chronic back issues. They travel wherever I do if I am going to be gone a long time, just in case... Oh yeah, m... |
