Smen, a multipart question...?

1) Do you like to make your own smen?
2) What is the oldest aged smen you have eaten?

For me I would say yes for number one and I think 2 years old for number two.

MMMMMMMmmmmmmmmm smen

1) no
2) I don't eat it. It is wicked stuff.

OK! but put (d'hane) only a little quantity on couscous or other meals.
Excess of it could be a cause of dyspepsia (butyric acid)
