Fabric row in Montreal?

I'm going to Montreal on business and have heard that there is a fabric row there? I'll be staying at the Clarion downtown http://www.clarionmontreal.com/ and was wondering if its an easy trip to fabric row from there?

Also interested in any craft stores in the area . .

Fabric row???

What did you have in mind exactly?

I have only found one website about fabric row so far.

Here it is...

And it seems to be scheduled for May 12 at Jean-Talon Market from 8h30 am until 6 pm for a $25 cost!

Nowhere near downtown though!

You will have to take the metro and get off at Jean-Talon station.

Here is a map of the Montreal Metro network:

As you can see, Jean-Talon is located at the intersection of the Orange Line and the Blue Line between Beaubien and Jarry stations (Orange Line) and De Castelnau and Fabre stations (Blue Line).

Hope this is what you were looking for!

Good luck!

I think you may be looking for Rue St.-Hubert.

You would be able to get there fairly easily by subway (the Metro), get off at the Jean Talon station.
