If you are a Canadian or resident living in Canada NO although the seperatist would like to make you think so. If you are from some where else then the answer is Yes you will need a passport to enter Canada

If you are flying in from outside Canada, yes you do. If you are driving or coming by train or bus from the US you need a photo Government Issued ID & a birth certificate. If you are 15 and under then you will need just a birth certificate.

Only if you are going by AIR will you need a passport for international travel. If going by SEA or LAND to Canada, US, Mexico, Bermuda & Caribbean you can use a Government Issued Photo ID & birth certificate.

No, you need a passport to come to Canada.Then if you're accepted, now you can live the airport and you in Montreal.
