The people in this email promise you a job, then get you in touch with their immigration people. They charge you a fee for it, and once you pay it you never hear from anyone again.

In terms of jobs, they'll be like at any other hotel - maid, bus boy, concierge, cleaning staff, receptionist, etc. Contact them for more information on when they hire/train new staff. I also found a website...
