BTW, are you STUPID? well most americans are, since they dont know anything outside US, for the record, MOST of the people (middle class and up of course) has broadband internet, one of the BIGGEST telecom company in the world (that OWNS AT&T and SBC) its, MEXICAN, (TELMEX)...

And Kidnappings? hahahaha Monterrey has the lowest rate of kidnappings in Mexico and compared to the same-size cities in US, its waaaay safer... i've been in Seattle, Detroit, NY, Atlanta, Houston, Dallas, LA, San Diego and much moooore... and belive me, Monterrey is safer than the listed above...

If you can afford it make up a wanted flyer with the person's picture on it, and put a reward on it, for anyone who knows the whereabouts of the person concerned, and have them handed out. Don't forget to put your phone no. on it so that if someone does know where they are they can contact you.

what reasons are you looking for them? For safety or just trying to hook up with them? because I dont think you want to distribute a wanted flyer down there offering $..that would cause unwanted attention to her if you dont want it. be careful. There is kidnappings in Mexico
