I am trying to get in contact with the international student services of el Instituto Tecnologico de Moneterrey. It is a private educational institution in Mexico. I am calling from California. How do I dial this number from here? You also have to dial the country code from the US so you need 01152 and then the number. Just add 011 before the 81 Add 011 in front of 81 . First the US international code 011 then Mexicos code 52 then monterrey area code 83 then the local number 83582000 then they will answer and youll have to dial the extension 2946 and you get to speak to the person you are looking for. |
