Where are the worst places to live in mexico city?

Hello, I am from Mexico but I've never been to Mexico City. I'm about to move back to Mexico with my family and I'm helping my mother decide where to live, So I wanted to know what are the BEST places to live in Mexico City and what are the WORST places to live. Please if you're going to respond please tell me both the good with the bad. Thank you very much!

La Condesa, Del Valle, some parts of la Roma are good and affordable places, Coyoacan is a bit expensive, so is Polanco, Bosques de las Lomas, Santa Fe.

Avoid Iztapalapa, Iztacalco, Pensil, Guerrero, Morelos, Tepito.

If you plan to work on Edo. Mex, Satelite is expensive and nice, some places in Naucalpan are worth a visit, such as Boulevares.

Hi I live in mexico city and the best places to live are "La Condesa" the peolple that lives there is good and like dressing "Moda" Clothes.
Another place is "La herradura" that depends how much money you want to spend.
"Napoles" also is very nice, South is higher level that north areas.
La Condesa I like best.

There are many high level, middle class and lower class neighborhoods, it depends on how much money you can spent. My oncle lives in "el Estado de Mexico" (the north), his colonia is private with gardians at the entrance: Colonia Pradera.

Don麓t forget that one of the main problems there is the transport, for this reason I prefer to travel with the metro:
