CIUDADELA. For a great selection of crafts from around the nation, visit the Ciudadela, four blocks south of the Alameda Park on Balderas Avenue just south of Paseo de la Reforma.
BAZAR SABADO. Bazar Sabado (Saturday Market) takes place in the Plaza San Jacinto in the the San Angel neighborhood. Hundreds of vendors sell paintings and other crafts.

It depends of what you need. The largest 'market' in Mexico City is called San Felipe, it is only on Sundays and has around 10 miles of length. There is nothing like that in any other place.

For the love of god DO NOT GO TO TEPITO if you are not familiar with Mexico City. Try out San Felipe its huge!
