As far as bringing kids is concerned, here is what you need to know: because Mexico is a major destination for international child abductions, there are a lot of rules in place for parents travelin... Go to Los Arcos Sea Food restaurant..... The best sea food in Tijuana, Mexicali, Culiac谩n, La Paz and Mexico City.
