Fun activities in Mazatlan?

We're in Mazatlan from 9am to 6pm on January 24th (from the Carnival Cruise), what should we do in town?

We're 26, and we were looking for something unique that we can't do at home. We live in a touristy beach town, so sunbathing and shopping are not on the to do list. We'd like to do something more active, like snorkeling, horseback riding, etc, or something unique to the area.

Right in front of the cruse ship docks you can catch a bus (Sabalo Cerritos) that will take you to Cerritos point. Right there is "Ginger's Bi-Lingual Horses". Or turn left outside the cruise ship docks and walk one block to the water taxi's to "Isla De La Piedra" (Stone Island) They also have horses, jet ski's, ATV's, parasailing, etc.

you are not going to have any problems finding fun things to do ...you are going to have a ball enjoy your adventure

There are several tour groups in mazatlan that can take you to stone island where you can go horseback riding on the beach or further inside the island.
