Mauritius house? What kind of house can we get for 100.000鈧?- 150.000鈧? MORE INSIDE?

Can we get house by the sea? How big would it be, house and ERF? And where would it be north, south, east or west?

That's a lot of money!
For this much you can buy a piece of land and build your own house!

You can get a big and nice house for this much...but if you wanna stay in town...like Quatres-Bornes then with 4.5M you may get a plot of land of 2-3M and the rest you use to construct your house. For a house of this size, about 1-3 months are needed to built it.

But you may want to stay out of town since there the land plots are cheaper...with 1M you may get a bigger plot of land as the one you could have get in town.

To buy a house near the sea it may be more expensive...depending on the size and where it is situated, you could spend about 50% of the 150.000鈧?on it

You are not going to get much for that price. For a nice house at the beach start around $1 500 000 to $2 000 000 amercian dollars. You cannot even buy a house at the beach in SA for that little money.
