Getting married in Mauritus 2008 - advice?

I am planning on getting married in Mauritius in October 2008. Has anyone got any experience of this?
We are hoping / thinking of staying at Heritage Hotel, does anyone have any exerience of this hotel - but if anyone had any other suggestions on hotels etc? Then travel to Dubai for few day on way home.

Many people come to Mauritius to get married in this tropical paradise island. In general the hotels make the necessary arrangements for the wedding (civil status office, reception, etc.). You may wish to contact Heritage to find out whether it offers these facilities.
