Does anyone know how to send emails from mauritius?

on vacation here - seems i can read but not send. tried yahoo and google but no luck. anyone have an idea? it's very frustrating! i know it's an island but they don't use passenger pigeons anymore, and the dodo is extinct. what to do???

If U have the email address of your friends... why not use IM... and send it to your friends.... Or use the email in Y! Answer....

I had no problem using Hotmail, never new there was a problem whilst I was there.

yahoo and google have never been a problem in mauritus. Maybe the computers you have access to don't let you do so.

try a cyber cafe or ask for help there

may be you login at a time the server was capricious. Try again, internet may be slow there but it works anyway.
