i am an egyption and i need to visit mauritius, so what do i need? Yes, you need to get a visa to visit Mauritius. The closest embassy is in Cairo. Yes, you do need a visa but they also want to know why you are going. If you are going for vacation, they will want to know what hotel you are going to stay at and if you have a round trip ticket. If you are going to visit someone, you should have contact information that you can provide to the appropriate authorities. It is a beautiful country but very small, only about 740 square miles with a population of 1.3 million. It also has great beaches and most people can speak English. Good Luck! |
