Really peeved off. I've booked a holiday to Mauritius about a week ago?

with lastminute.com. I've just been on the website and they are selling the same holiday on the same dates to the same hotel for 拢350 cheaper.. that totally sucks. I'm fed up now !!!

I had to book it when I did as the prices were going up and up and up by the day. A week before I booked the price had been 拢1600 then when I went to book it it had gone up to 拢1971.. now it back down to 拢1620!!

got a mate who had the same prob last year
strangely with lastminute.com as well
he contacted them and asked if they would refund the difference
they said no
he threatened to give them some bad publicity
they said yes
might be worth a try

I guess that's why they call themselves 'last minute' I guess it gets cheaper the nearer to deprture time all I can say is learn and book later next time.

yeah that would piss me off,cheer up some people only dream of going there.

Are you sure that is the final price?
you could get travel insurance then cancel due to unforseen circumstances then re-book

We once went on a holiday and only paid 拢250 for the two weeks, everybody else at the hotel had paid at least double. It is the first and only time that this has happen but we felt like celebrities for the whole fortnight. Sorry about your trip but these things happen, sadder but wiser maybe
