these 2 phone numbers are Mobile Phone numbers...both are probably CELLPLUS(ok it might be EMTEL) user phone numbers!

how can you find someone who is using a mobile phone residential address?? It can only be done if you were a CELLPLUS(ok it might be EMTEL) representative or a police officer!

Why don't you send a SMS to those phone numbers
