How can I tell my Grandmother that food does not go with anything?

You know my grandmother, she is girl. She likes to mix her food with a lot of strange things. For example,
- Sambal on cheesecake
- Apple pie and budu
- Chocolate candy bars with cincalok.

I want to take her out to eat with my friends, but I am afraid that she will make my friends vomit by how she mixes her food. She likes to eat it that way, and i don't like stopping her from what she enjoys doing.

Ello fren, sambal on cheesecake is nice, what's wrong? At the end of the day, all come out same what.....you don't mix before go in, they will still mix inside and come out from the same place mah....

Maybe just forwarn your friends about her eating habits and go from there. I'm sure they'll understand. We all have strange habits.

If your grandmother is ok with eating what she is eating then let it be.....

Your REAL friends will say NOTHING about what she eats..They also might think it is cute or want to try it themself..

Leave Grandmother alone she may start a new trend!

She lived to be the ripe old age she is for a reason - let her eat whatever she wants..your friends expect old people to be weird anyway.

She is your grandmother. You simply do not tell her something like that but accept her for who she is. You may be surprised that your friends don't see anything wrong with what she does. If you really are worried, simply speak to your friends in advance and warn them about how she mixes food.

leave her be, don't tell her, if your friends are really your friends, they'll put up with it

Just politely explain to her what your problem is. If she understands, I bet you that she won't do it. And I am a girl and I don't do that!

Have you tried any of her concoctions? They might be nice! I though peanut butter and jam sounded disgusting until I tried it.

She is your grandmother. You must respect her, however you can talk to her about her food. Ask your friends if certain food mixing will make them sick. Warn them ahead of time so they will be prepared for her eating habits. This is very common here in the states with elderly people. I don't mean just with food but, they have other strange habits.

it's strange to eat like that... but you never know...sometime the mix of food make it taste better..We do too at our home...we call it east meet west..espesially my husband..

just take grandma out lar... dont worry bout your friends.
